Sky Tower tickets and prices
Sky Tower tickets come in two kinds: admission to the observation levels, and the AJ Hackett activities that start from Level 53 — SkyWalk, SkyJump and SkyRide.
The price of every AJ Hackett booking includes a Sky Tower pass, so you do not need a second ticket to go up. Orbit 360° Dining, the revolving restaurant, needs its own booking.

Children under 3 go free, and every child must come with an adult.

All three start at 10 years old and include photos and a video. Under-15s need an adult to sign consent at check-in.

How to use your Sky Tower tickets
Admission: show the voucher at the Sky Tower ticketing counter and exchange it for a physical ticket. It is valid only on the date you booked.
SkyWalk and SkyJump: show the mobile voucher at AJ Hackett check-in. Wear flat lace-up shoes; SkyWalk lends a pair if you have none, and SkyJump supplies a flying suit.
Weather: AJ Hackett may delay or reschedule SkyWalk in winds over 60 km/h and SkyJump over 70 km/h; if it cancels, you can rebook or take a full refund. The tower itself can close in bad weather, so call +64 9 363 6000 at least 30 minutes before you go if the forecast is rough.
Can I cancel a Sky Tower ticket?
Yes. Tower tickets and AJ Hackett activities are refunded in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before the booked date, and a tower ticket's date can be changed up to 24 hours before.
Does the Sky Tower ticket include the Sky Deck?
The standard admission covers Levels 50, 51 and 53. The Sky Deck on Level 60, at 220 m, is sold as an add-on to it for a small extra charge.
Can I buy a ticket at the Sky Tower itself?
Yes, at the admissions desk on site. Booking ahead fixes your date and lets you cancel free up to 24 hours before.
Who cannot do SkyWalk or SkyJump?
Nobody who is pregnant, and SkyJump also turns away people with photosensitive epilepsy. Everyone on SkyWalk takes a breath alcohol test, and anyone impaired is not allowed on.
